I've changed my phone number
Please don't register again, as that creates a second record. Speak to an usher and they'll update your number so your household keeps its history.
My phone is dead or I didn't bring it
No problem. Just find an usher and they'll check you in.
My spouse or a family member isn't showing
They may have been skipped when you registered. An usher can add them to your household.
We registered twice by mistake
No problem. Just let an usher know and we'll sort it out so you only have one record.
Can I check in a friend or visitor?
Each household checks in with its own number. If it's their first time, they can tap "Register instead". It takes about a minute.
Why do you ask for my birthday?
So we can celebrate you! We only ask for the day and month, never the year.
How do I update or delete my details?
Just speak to an usher and they'll sort it for you.
My name is spelt wrong
An usher can correct it for you in a few seconds.
I need to add a child
Speak to an usher. Your child's age decides whether they go to Children's Church (0–12) or Teens Church (13–17).
Someone in my family didn't come today
Just untick them before you tap Check In.
I checked in the wrong people
No problem. Just let an usher know and they'll correct today's record for you.
